What’s your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Returns are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the product. All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, including any extras shipped along with the order (stickers, envelopes, prints, etc.) You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of originally shipping the order to you.

Exchanges are also accepted if you happen to order the wrong size, color, etc. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back, plus the additional shipping charge of sending the new size to you.

What happens if the item(s) I’ve received are faulty, incorrect, or damaged?

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. At Fortnite Merch, we vow to ensure our customers receive a high-quality retail experience. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us. Please include details about the order and the nature of the problem and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We are not. We are enthusiasts of Fortnite and want to create original products and merchandise based off of Fortnite and themes from the game.
